  4. A 2-hour consultation appointment is used to tour the space (in-person visits for local clients, and virtual/video visits for non-local clients).

  5. The remaining balance is due 48 hours after the consultation appointment.

  6. A digital concept board with inspirational photos and a floor plan is emailed within 2 weeks of the tour. Includes one round of revisions with up to 2 changes.

Who’s It For:

This plan is suited for the client that needs help generating ideas, wants an overall concept for the space, and doesn’t want to spend time choosing furnishings and décor.  You’re ready to purchase items from a provided shopping list, and are ready to execute the design vision, but you want to be sure you can get some help along the way.

How It Works:

  1. Same as Consultation Package B, plus more options for design support and guidance.

  2. After your final concept board is delivered, you’ll receive an additional 8 hours of designer assistance.  You pick and choose how you want us to help.  Some options include:

    • Email Q&A Support

    • Text, Phone, or Video Calls for Q&A

    • Furnishing and Décor Sourcing – shop and purchase items on your behalf, coordinate delivery or installation, manage returns, or secure replacement items.

    • In-home installation help (local clients only).  Examples include hanging curtains, framing pictures, hanging wall art/décor, painting accent walls, small furniture assembly, furniture placement, styling accessories, etc.

    • Future project planning or consulting or light assistance with adjacent spaces

Who’s It For:

This plan is suited for the local client that has minimal time to devote to the room transformation.  You know the room doesn’t fit your needs and style, but you have no idea how to make it work for you.  You need a designer to take the lead, from concept to execution.

How It Works:

  1. The client fills out a contact form.

  2. 15-minute discovery call to discuss the project.

  3. A $225 consultation fee is required to secure services and schedule a tour.

  4. A 2-hour consultation appointment is used to tour the space.

  5. A project proposal outlining the goals, intent, and scope of work is provided within 2-3 business days.

  6. Once the project proposal is approved, a 50% advance on the design fee is required and signals the start of the project.

  7. A digital concept board with inspirational photos, product photos, and a scaled floor plan is emailed within 2 weeks of the tour. Includes one round of revisions with up to 3 changes.

  8. A 20-minute call to discuss the concept, answer questions, and request revisions.

  9. In-home appointment to present 2-floor plan options (depending on the space) and review a furnishings proposal.  During this 2-hour meeting, we determine the final layout that works best for you and review all furniture, fabric, and color selections.  You’ll also receive a budget breakdown of the furnishings.

  10. After final approval of the layout and furnishings proposal, you’re required to pay the remaining design fee balance and a 50% furnishings deposit.

  11. Lane Home Interiors manages the purchasing, delivery, and installation of all furnishings. We’ll create and maintain a project schedule (timelines depend on product selections and the size and scope of the project). The remaining 50% of the furniture balance is due at the project’s completion.

  12. We’ll do a room reveal and final space walkthrough highlighting all the design details and customized special touches that guarantee you’ll fall in love with your new space.
